Supply Chain Specialist (Buyer)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Specialist (Buyer) to manage the flow of goods into and out of our warehouse in Cacém – Sintra. You will ensure accurate stock levels, optimise inventory, and coordinate the full order lifecycle from creation to receipt.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate incoming and outgoing stock records.
• Develop and implement inventory optimisation strategies.
• Handle product creation, order placement and invoice validation.
• Control the order lifecycle from creation to warehouse receipt.
• Monitor and update inventory management systems.
• Manage service levels and stock turnover to avoid stockouts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure stock integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar supply‑chain or purchasing role (preferred).
• Strong analytical ability for interpreting stock data.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in service‑level control and supplier negotiation.
• Fluent English (mandatory).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with inventory management software.
