Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations at a global manufacturing site in Porto, ensuring on‑time, in‑full delivery while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, procurement, warehousing and distribution to meet delivery performance targets.
• Oversee inventory and capacity planning, balancing demand with cost‑effective resources.
• Manage supplier performance and identify sourcing and process improvement opportunities.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance processes.
• Develop, mentor and motivate the local supply chain team.
• Produce regular performance reports and KPI dashboards.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a production or FMCG supply chain environment with proven leadership.
• Strong analytical abilities and a proactive, results‑focused mindset.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
