About the role
We are looking for an Installation Supervisor for our Home Improvement division at Air Master Group. The role ensures efficient execution of projects and delivers an excellent service experience for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery and installation schedules.
- Monitor project progress and timelines.
- Supervise the installation process and allocate installers.
- Maintain organized documentation for each project.
- Handle client inquiries and coordinate solutions throughout project stages.
- Manage deviations, RMA, credit notes and warranty processes.
- Certify completed installations for contractor payment processing.
- Support the sales team with measurement rectification processes.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.
- Experience coordinating teams and focusing on customer service.
