Structural Engineer

About the role

As a Structural Engineer at Senmar, you will act as the technical backbone of the design‑to‑production pipeline for advanced timber‑frame construction systems. You will be responsible for defining and calculating structural integrity, integrating comprehensive MEP networks, and ensuring that engineering plans are precise, scalable and ready for factory production. The role combines office work with occasional site visits to verify that construction aligns with your specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction plans, structural designs and engineering network layouts that align with architectural solutions and project timelines.
• Oversee construction sites, verify compliance with design specifications, issue modification plans when needed, and monitor quality and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical expertise and support throughout all phases of construction, from initial planning to project completion.
• Implement and maintain quality‑control processes to guarantee that work meets design specifications.

Required profile
