Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a freelance Strategy Consultant you will help design realistic consulting scenarios that teach AI how to reason through high‑level business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic industry contexts, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks for AI agents, such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop evaluation rubrics, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.
• Collaborate remotely with a team of consultants from top‑tier firms to ensure methodological rigor and relevance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical work plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and delivering client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
