Staff Product Security Engineer

About the role

Dashlane, a credential security company founded in Paris with offices in New York and Lisbon, is looking for a Staff Product Security Engineer based in Lisbon, working in English. The role safeguards Dashlane's systems and keeps its secure development lifecycle cutting edge, collaborating across departments to implement best-in-class security practices. The company follows a hybrid model, meeting in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of Dashlane's security program across the product and company
• Take part in architecture design reviews, threat modeling and technical security assessments of the product (application and infrastructure)
• Integrate security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Build on and scale Vulnerability Management so the team can track, analyse and manage vulnerabilities and their remediation
• Perform risk assessments of internal systems, environments, assets and data
• Take part in compliance and incident response activities

Required profile

• Familiarity with application security best practices, including threat modeling
• Experience working within an SDLC program
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their security implications
• Familiarity with IAM frameworks and protocols (Passkeys, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, etc.)
• Interest in enabling secure use of AI tools internally
• Good communication, mentoring, adaptability and a willingness to support non-technical parts of the business
