Specialist Medical Doctor – Clinical Team

About the role

UpHill is seeking experienced Family Doctors and Internists to join its Clinical team. You will help shape the future of healthcare by delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care through a digital‑first approach and by improving clinical pathways for patients across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate clinical care for UpHill’s client patients.
• Directly deliver and manage patient care using digital tools.
• Create, review, and continuously improve UpHill’s clinical pathways.
• Ensure every clinical decision is supported by robust evidence.
• Participate in UpHill’s clinical research initiatives.

Required profile

• MSc in Medicine.
• Specialist qualification in General & Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, registered with the Portuguese Medical Association.
• 5–10 years of clinical experience.
• Strong commitment to evidence‑based medicine.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
