Senior Manager, Trial Delivery Leader

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead trial delivery operations, ensuring clinical studies are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with global regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Cross Functional Trial Team to execute the operational plan and manage end‑to‑end trial delivery.
• Oversee trial budget, timelines, quality, and milestones, including DBL/CSR/TLR planning.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure inspection readiness.
• Participate in health authority inspections, internal QA audits, and process improvement activities.

Required profile

• Minimum BS degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or related industries.
• 2‑3 years leading global clinical trials and managing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, analytical, and financial management skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical development process and clinical research operations across Phase I‑IV.
• Experience with risk identification, mitigation planning, and regulatory compliance.
• Project planning, management, communication, and presentation abilities.
