Specialist GBS HR Services

About the role

The Specialist GBS HR Services supports adidas' HR Services team by delivering efficient, value‑adding HR processes across Europe and globally. You will act as a key contact for the HR community, handling inquiries, administering digital tools, and ensuring compliance with legal and tariff regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general administration for HR processes, tools and programmes on European and global levels.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR stakeholders, handling tickets and phone inquiries.
• Execute tasks within defined timelines, service levels and in line with tariff and works agreements.
• Support digitalisation initiatives and maintain HR systems, including SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
• Administer procurement, invoicing, financial reporting and recharging where required.
• Prepare data for system audits and ensure accurate employee and organisational master data.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR procedures, documentation and compliance.
• Provide input for user manuals, process mappings and communication of standards.

Required profile

• University degree or commercial education.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment, preferably within HR.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good understanding of legal and tariff regulations.

Required skills

• SAP HR (experience preferred).
• SuccessFactors.
• Microsoft Office applications.
