Spanish-Speaking Front Desk Sales and Video Surveyor

About the role

This role in Lisbon involves turning Spanish-speaking leads into virtual or physical surveys and then into sales by assessing all move requirements. You will convert web leads, email leads, lead generators and phone enquiries into tangible business, working closely with the sales and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to consumer leads within a set time frame (less than 1 hour).
• Contact customers, collect the necessary information, evaluate and probe business opportunities, and use the company's preferred providers or technology to run surveys.
• Arrange follow-up appointments within a set time and establish strong customer relationships.
• Evaluate customers' inventory using the preferred virtual survey tool; virtual surveys are booked through technology partners on 100% of opportunities, and physical surveys only through a third party if too complicated or high value.
• Keep sales lead progress accurate and up to date in the company's CRM, and log all calls there.
• Determine customer needs and match them with the company's service capabilities, and make follow-up calls on moves to give feedback.
• Ensure customers understand the move process and customs formalities, and follow up frequently to meet service expectations.
• Upsell other services offered by the company and aim for a minimum conversion target from lead to opportunity.
• Attend to any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Self-starter with a sense of urgency, able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Assertive person with good written and verbal interpersonal skills, and an excellent customer service attitude.
• Customer service or tele-sales experience, ideally in the logistics/mobility industry.
• Positive, flexible, willing to learn, with a demonstrated work ethic and a track record of overachievement, including proactive prospecting calls.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing, fast-paced early-stage company.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
