Spanish Customer Advisor - Streaming Platform

About the role

A multinational American company leading the mass media and entertainment industry is looking for native or proficient Spanish speakers to support its streaming service platform. The project is based in Lisbon and offers a chance to work in a start-up environment with colleagues from over 15 nationalities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist viewers by phone and/or chat on various queries.
• Provide account and application support, including software functionality.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings.
• Give accurate, real-time answers to viewer questions.

Required profile

• Native or proficient Spanish (C2).
• Passion for entertainment and media.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, team spirit and a customer-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices.
• Positive, can-do attitude; previous customer service experience is highly valued.
• For non-EU residents, a valid work permit is mandatory.
