Spanish Customer Advisor – Lisbon

About the role

A global leader and one of the biggest companies in Portugal, represented by its client, is looking for a Spanish-speaking customer advisor in Lisbon. You will support the company's activities by offering high-quality service to its customers, who include prestigious worldwide brands.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries
• Provide support and guidance to customers and resolve service issues in a timely and empathetic way
• Keep accurate records of enquiries, questions and feedback in the customer service database
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training
• Offer recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions

Required profile

• Fluency in Spanish (C2 level or native)
• Good knowledge of English (B1 level)
• Typing speed of 20 words per minute
• Availability to work rotating shifts
• Previous experience or contact with clients is an advantage

Required skills

• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills
• Good time management, team spirit and flexibility
