Spanish Customer Advisor - Lisbon

About the role

A global leader and one of the biggest companies in Portugal, represented by its client through Cross Border Talents, is looking for a Spanish-speaking customer advisor in Lisbon. You will support the company's activities by offering high-quality service to customers who use prestigious worldwide brands.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries in Spanish and English, supporting small and medium-sized businesses across chat, email and phone.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products.
• Resolve customer service issues in a timely and empathetic way, giving advice and direction to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, questions and feedback in the customer service database.
• Offer recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions.
• Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat so queries are resolved quickly.

Required profile

• Fluency in Spanish (C2 level or native).
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level).
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.
• Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients.
