Spa Receptionist

About the role

Sublime Comporta is seeking a dedicated Spa Receptionist to deliver a personalized and memorable welcome to every guest. Working in a pristine natural setting just an hour from Lisbon, you will be the first point of contact for visitors enjoying luxury wellness experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an excellent, personalized reception service and welcome guests.
• Manage bookings, coordinate the guest journey, and oversee therapist schedules.
• Inform guests about treatments, products, and available experiences.
• Promote spa services and products actively.
• Handle special requests, complaints, and suggestions with a focus on satisfaction.
• Prepare and organize reception and welcome areas.
• Collaborate closely with therapy teams and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with company quality and service standards.

Required profile

• Certified training in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Wellness or related fields.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality or renowned spas.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, empathy and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Interest in wellness, spa and therapy areas.
• Dynamic, proactive and autonomous working style.

Required skills

• Experience with spa management software (preferably Host).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
