Solution Architect

About the role

Ericsson is looking for a Solution Architect to design and develop commercially viable technical solutions that meet customer specifications and business needs. You will work closely with the Core 3 team to translate customer challenges into detailed offerings and proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their technology strategy and identify key challenges.
• Analyse the customer’s technical environment, business context and non‑functional requirements.
• Identify improvement areas and propose solutions that address both technology and business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Core 3 team to create solution concepts, value arguments and technical presentations.
• Present and defend technical proposals to customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong consultative and negotiation skills.
• Experience in solution delivery, project implementation and technical sales.
• Ability to coach, mentor and share knowledge within the team.
• Solid business and financial acumen to develop profitable strategies.
