Software Engineer - Fullstack

About the role

Blip, a leading tech company within Flutter Entertainment, is looking for a Full‑stack Software Engineer to help build high‑performance, scalable distributed systems for millions of sports‑betting customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain large‑scale distributed back‑end services.
• Contribute front‑end features using React and Next.js, delivering end‑to‑end functionality.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural decisions, and technology evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams during sprint planning and project execution.
• Investigate and resolve bugs and incidents, and create technical documentation such as runbooks.
• Drive quality and innovation across the product and development environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of back‑end development experience (e.g., Golang, C#).
• Proven experience building distributed systems and working with messaging platforms.
• 2+ years of front‑end development using React and its ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, CI/CD, design patterns, and automated testing.
