Software Engineering Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a development team delivering high‑quality applications and services for our global CX platform. The role combines technical leadership with people management, ensuring delivery excellence and team growth.

Key responsibilities

• Line‑manage a team of Software Engineers, conduct performance reviews and support career development.
• Oversee delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards and alignment with product owners.
• Guide architectural decisions, maintain technical quality and drive improvements to processes, tooling and methodologies.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, manage resource planning and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to coding, design, testing and release activities, and ensure proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of commercial software development experience.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring or managing software engineers.
• Strong communication, organisational and collaborative skills.

Required skills

• C# programming language.
• JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Source control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
