Software Engineer (4 day workweek & remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join our fully remote team. You will work 36 hours spread over four days, contributing to a fast‑growing marketing marketplace that serves SMEs worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain code following the defined solution architecture to ensure high performance of the online platform.
• Implement new features for both internal tools and user‑facing components.
• Collaborate with Product Management to create new products and services.
• Design and present solution concepts, highlighting advantages and trade‑offs.
• Write and execute unit tests, and support the production deployment process.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and code reviews.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of professional experience in code review and delivery roles.
• Strong team player who thrives in fast‑paced, Agile (Scrum) environments.
• Self‑driven, solution‑oriented, and eager to stay updated with technology trends.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
