Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to build and scale an organic social presence for a fast‑growing consumer wellness brand in Portugal. You will own the end‑to‑end strategy, turning content into a powerful engine for engagement, education, and community growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and community channels.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with product launches and campaigns.
• Publish, schedule, and optimize content to ensure consistency and performance.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with founders, creative teams, influencers, and UGC creators to produce compelling content.
• Repurpose high‑performing paid assets into organic formats.
• Track and analyze metrics such as engagement, follower growth, and virality.
• Identify emerging trends and viral opportunities to continuously improve performance.
• Support live events, brand activations, and content capture when needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing social media for DTC, eCommerce, or consumer‑facing brands.
• Experience in women’s wellness, health, beauty, supplements, or lifestyle sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple content streams.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
