Social Media & Influencers Trainee

About the role

Join Delnext’s fast‑growing team as a Social Media & Influencers Trainee. You will support the launch and management of influencer and affiliate campaigns across national and international markets, gaining hands‑on experience in a global marketing program.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and contact new influencers and affiliates in target markets.
• Onboard partners, maintain engagement, and ensure continuous participation in campaigns.
• Negotiate business terms, promotional offers and performance‑based rewards.
• Plan and execute sales‑driven initiatives, re‑activate inactive partners, and monitor campaign performance.
• Spot upselling, cross‑sell, and market expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align offers, commercial materials and campaign messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing management.
• Proactive attitude, strong learning drive and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent data‑analysis and communication skills; fluency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• Power BI (or similar data‑visualisation tools)
