About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Social Media Content Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. In this position you will help maintain the quality and organization of digital content across large‑scale online platforms, ensuring a safe and engaging user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate posts, profiles, media assets, and community interactions against platform guidelines.
• Classify content, apply quality labels, and flag inappropriate or low‑quality material.
• Document actions and findings accurately for audit purposes.
• Support quality audits, participate in calibration sessions, and share insights on emerging trends and risks.
• Collaborate with quality teams, trainers, and operational leads while staying up‑to‑date with guideline changes.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with strong written comprehension.
• Passionate about social media, online communities, and digital trends.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to follow structured review processes.
• Comfortable using online tools, content management systems, and moderation platforms.
