Service Delivery Management Support

About the role

We are looking for a Service Delivery Management Support professional to join our team in Oeiras, Portugal. The role will focus on coordinating project and service delivery activities, providing analytical insights, and supporting pricing and proposal processes for NATO‑related initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage resources, budgets and timelines across multiple projects and service delivery engagements.
• Produce business intelligence reports and visualisations for decision‑makers using advanced Excel, Power BI and Tableau.
• Develop pricing estimates and proposal documentation in line with NATO and NCI Agency standards.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and act as a liaison between military and civilian stakeholders.
• Utilise NCI Agency tools such as ServiceNow, Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) and the Training Management System (TMS) to initiate, staff and monitor projects.
• Apply recognised project‑management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP) throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or service delivery management, preferably in a NATO or international environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of delivering actionable business intelligence.
• Experience in customer‑focused roles and relationship management.
• Familiarity with NATO responsibilities, ACO and ACT structures is desirable.
• Clearance at NATO Secret level or equivalent.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
• ServiceNow, Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) and NCI Agency Training Management System (TMS).
• Project‑management tools and methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP).
