About the role
The SEO & GEO Lead will drive the development and execution of strategies that increase organic traffic to Enovis’s website, improve search engine rankings, and support the company’s digital presence across geographic markets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO initiatives to boost site traffic, optimize site architecture, and enhance page content.
- Lead research and analysis of site performance, search engine results, and marketing campaign impact.
- Identify optimization opportunities, track performance metrics, and adjust tactics to meet objectives.
- Manage a team of professional‑track employees, handling hiring, performance evaluation, and day‑to‑day operations.
Required profile
- First‑level managerial experience with responsibility for resource planning and goal achievement.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate traffic data, site architecture, and SEO outcomes.
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable SEO strategies.
