SEO & GEO Lead

About the role

A global medical technology organisation is looking to appoint an SEO & GEO Lead to take ownership of search visibility across its international digital and marketplace environments. This key role sits within a newly established Global Digital Centre of Excellence, creating consistent, scalable SEO standards across multiple brands and audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO, content discoverability and emerging Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
• Develop SEO governance and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Support migrations and replatforming projects.
• Translate search requirements into clear technical and content priorities.
• Collaborate with Web, Content and Marketplace teams to ensure consistent SEO implementation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in medical / healthcare products.
• Proven technical SEO experience across complex websites.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SEO reporting and tools.
• Understanding of AI search and GEO practices.
• Ability to translate SEO requirements into technical and content actions.
• Experience with CMS platforms, structured data or site migrations would be advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
