Senior UX/UI Designer – Consultant

About the role

EY Studio+ is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join its multidisciplinary team. You will help shape end‑to‑end digital experiences for clients across various sectors, turning user insights and business needs into accessible, visually engaging interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on the design of complete digital experiences, from research and discovery to prototyping and final UI.
• Conduct UX research activities such as user interviews, surveys, friction‑point identification, opportunity mapping and usability testing.
• Define information architecture, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and visual interfaces.
• Ensure visual consistency, usability and accessibility across products.
• Create and contribute to design systems, brand guidelines and reusable components.
• Prepare clear, structured deliverables and presentations for client communication.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops and collaborative sessions.
• Work closely with service designers, consultants, developers and client stakeholders.
