Graphic Designer – Maternity Cover (Lisbon)

About the role

Signal AI is looking for a Graphic Designer to cover a maternity leave within its Marketing team in Lisbon. You will act as the in‑house creative lead, shaping the brand’s visual presence across web, presentations, social, ads and video.

Key responsibilities

• Design a wide range of marketing assets including web pages, digital ads, presentations, social media content and one‑pagers.
• Manage company‑wide creative requests, balancing quick‑turnaround needs with larger strategic campaigns.
• Own operational responsibilities for the website, coordinating with agencies, engineering and stakeholders to maintain visual consistency, update content and work with CMS tools such as Webflow.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines—typography, logo usage, colour systems—and ensure consistent application across teams.
• Build and maintain reusable templates (decks, one‑pagers, social formats, email/HTML templates) that enable non‑designers to self‑serve.
• Collaborate with various teams to translate needs into clear creative briefs and deliver high‑quality, on‑brand assets.
• Create and edit video content to support marketing campaigns and internal communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong, versatile portfolio.
• Solid video‑editing experience – essential for the role.
• Ability to switch between fast, simple requests and longer strategic projects without loss of quality.
• Self‑starter mindset, proactively identifying gaps in creative processes and building solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
