Creative Designer

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a Creative Designer to shape its brand identity and produce visually engaging assets across digital and print channels. You will work onsite in Lisbon, collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Content teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create graphics, illustrations, infographics, and layouts for web, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and print materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into compelling visual solutions.
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and performance metrics.
• Conduct design quality assurance across all channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Approximately 3 years of experience creating assets for digital marketing, social media, and web.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• Excellent communication, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Figma.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and design best practices.
