Senior UX Designer – Digital Twin (B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to shape intuitive, user‑centered Digital Twin experiences for our warehouse automation and digital solutions portfolio. You will work in a fast‑growing R&D environment, creating seamless interactions for complex B2B products.

Key responsibilities

• Design user‑focused Digital Twin interfaces for enterprise customers.
• Translate user needs, workflows and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs.
• Develop intuitive flows for complex digital products with deep operational and technical context.
• Contribute to 3D‑enhanced experiences, including navigation, orientation and contextual information.
• Lead and support UX research activities such as stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, usability testing and heuristic evaluation.
• Collaborate with product management, developers and other stakeholders to align design with feasibility and product direction.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on UX/UI or product design experience.
• Willingness to live in or relocate to the Porto/Maia area.
• Proven experience designing B2B or enterprise software interfaces.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into user‑friendly experiences.
• Strong communication skills and excellent English.
