UX/UI Designer – Telecom Sector

About the role

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our telecom organization in Lisboa, Portugal. You will design intuitive and engaging experiences for digital products that serve millions of customers, working at the intersection of creativity and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups using Figma to communicate concepts to stakeholders and development teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define requirements, scope, and implementation strategies for new features.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics to continuously improve satisfaction and engagement.
• Ensure all designs meet WCAG accessibility standards and are optimized for performance on various devices and screen sizes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating process and problem‑solving.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and sitemaps that streamline navigation and drive conversion.
• Proven ability to develop modern, responsive web interfaces and native mobile layouts.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and ability to iterate designs effectively based on real feedback and data.
• Practical knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to facilitate communication with engineering teams.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
