Senior Technology Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technology Procurement Specialist to join our hybrid team in Porto. You will drive procurement initiatives, manage vendor relationships and support the business in achieving cost and cash KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Implement action plans to meet procurement KPIs such as cash and cost reduction.
• Post non‑catalogue purchase orders and contracts.
• Support the business with RFPs, negotiations and vendor selection.
• Identify and prioritize operational and financial benefit opportunities.
• Assess financial stability and risk of potential vendors.
• Collaborate with legal to develop non‑standard vendor contracts.
• Maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and communicate business results.
• Manage external supplier relationships, registrations and audits.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree in engineering, business or a related field.
• Fluent English (C1) and at least 5 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation, project management and SRM skills.
• Proven ability to work with multiple international stakeholders and meet strict deadlines.
• Quick learner, proactive and results‑driven with decision‑making capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience with Coupa procurement platform (plus).
