IT Desktop Support Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an IT Desktop Support Analyst to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support in an international banking environment. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, applications and mobile devices for users across Windows and macOS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for hardware, software, and mobile device incidents.
• Deploy, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, thin clients, tablets, and audio‑visual equipment.
• Support Windows and macOS environments, including OS deployment and troubleshooting.
• Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow while meeting SLAs.
• Maintain accurate IT asset and inventory records and contribute to IT projects and migrations.

Required profile

• Professional experience in IT Desktop/End‑User Support at Level 1 and Level 2.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high‑tempo environment.
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is highly valued.
