Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Lisbon

About the role

Acuity Analytics is seeking a senior‑level Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing team in Lisbon. You will partner with business leaders, HR, and the global TA network to attract and hire top technology talent for a fast‑scaling, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to build strong, diverse pipelines of software engineering, data engineering, analytics and cloud talent.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and hiring.
• Use advanced sourcing and market‑mapping techniques to identify and engage candidates in a competitive market.
• Deliver a transparent, engaging, and human candidate experience at every stage.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation, and hiring strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement of TA processes, tools, and reporting.
• Maintain visibility on recruitment activity, pipeline health, and hiring metrics.
• Collaborate with the global TA team to elevate recruitment quality and effectiveness.
• Mentor and support junior TA team members as needed.

Required profile

• Strong network and proven experience recruiting technology professionals in Portugal.
• Solid background managing end‑to‑end recruitment for software engineers, data engineers, cloud and analytics roles.
• Experience in technology companies, tech consulting, or fast‑scaling businesses.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Deep understanding of the technology market, salary trends and talent dynamics.
