Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in French to join our Sourcing & Staffing team in Lisbon. The role will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate selection, and align hiring activities with the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Align recruitment needs with company strategy and advise managers on talent planning.
• Co‑create and publish job descriptions across platforms such as LinkedIn and the corporate website.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviews and candidate evaluation in partnership with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with the Communications team on employer‑branding campaigns.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain accurate data in recruitment tools.
• Support the closing phase with HR and facilitate onboarding handover.
• Track recruitment metrics and present insights to sourcing committees and leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
• Senior‑level experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast‑paced or tech‑driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
• Fluent in English (mandatory) and French.
