Senior System Administrator

About the role

PrimeIT is seeking a Senior System Administrator to join its rapidly expanding team in Porto. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing both Windows and Linux environments while supporting national and international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash/ShellScript, and Python.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions with Terraform and Ansible.
• Monitor system performance and availability using tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of hands‑on SysAdmin experience.
• Strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
