About the role

Promptly is building a global, patient‑centered evidence network that enables real‑world data sharing, analytics, and AI‑driven healthcare products. As a Senior Software Engineer you will help shape the core platform that powers data integration, evidence generation, and patient‑reported outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve production systems for healthcare data, analytics, and AI‑enabled workflows.
• Own critical product and platform components while balancing speed, quality, reliability, security, privacy, and maintainability.
• Write, review, and debug production‑grade code across backend services, frontend applications, APIs, data pipelines, and internal tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate fragmented, regulated data from hospitals, partners, and patients.
• Break down ambiguous problems, make pragmatic trade‑offs, and ship usable solutions without waiting for perfection.

Required profile

• Several years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in health‑tech or data‑intensive domains.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of large‑scale systems and drive technical decisions.
• Comfortable moving between product challenges, architecture, code, data, integrations, reliability, and AI‑assisted delivery.
• Strong collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor and improve the team.
