Senior Social Media Manager – AI & Web3

About the role

We’re hiring a Senior Social Media & Growth Manager to own social distribution and organic audience growth across Attractor, an AI platform for creators, and Dlicom, a Web3‑powered social app. You’ll collaborate with a Head of Content and design, video, and community teams to reach the right audiences, grow channels and turn attention into product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Own channel strategy and audience growth for multiple platforms, defining purpose, target audience, cadence and growth priorities.
• Manage publishing calendars, create briefs for content production, and coordinate real‑time publishing.
• Build distribution beyond posting by engaging in conversations, managing brand replies, and organising collaborations, X Spaces and co‑marketing activities.
• Track analytics, run experiments and deliver weekly reports on audience growth, engagement quality and referral traffic.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in social media or organic growth with verifiable examples of accounts you have managed and grown.
• Strong hands‑on experience with X/Twitter and proven success on video‑centric platforms.
• Deep knowledge of AI and Web3 markets, able to communicate with both enthusiasts and mainstream users.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong editorial judgment and an instinct for internet culture.
