Senior SEO Content Strategist

About the role

Valtech is looking for a Senior SEO Content Strategist to shape and own the conversation in search for its global client portfolio. You will develop data‑driven SEO strategies, create high‑impact content, and ensure that Valtech’s brand voice stands out across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Own organic content performance and drive growth in traffic and rankings.
• Develop and execute a global SEO content strategy aligned with Valtech’s positioning.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover content gaps and build topic clusters for verticals such as retail, automotive, financial services, health and B2B.
• Partner with regional marketing teams to adapt the global strategy to local markets.
• Brief, commission and create long‑form assets (thought‑leadership pieces, guides, case studies, pillar pages) with clear search intent.
• Guard the brand voice – confident, optimistic and human – across all commissioned content.
• Track, report and optimise organic traffic, keyword rankings, engagement and conversion metrics.
• Run regular content audits and prioritize refreshes for maximum SEO impact.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI‑driven search trends and LLM‑optimised content best practices.
• Embed SEO thinking into the broader content creation process and collaborate with copywriters, designers, editors, Martech, demand‑generation and web teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in SEO content strategy, preferably in B2B or professional services.
• Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and improving keyword rankings.
• Strong writing ability with a focus on clear, engaging, and brand‑aligned copy.
