Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

About the role

Accenture Technology's SAP practice in Portugal is looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead complex, high-impact HR transformation projects for global clients. The consultant acts as a functional and technical reference across core SuccessFactors modules and advises HR leaders, IT teams and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Translate business and HR requirements into scalable, best-practice SuccessFactors solutions.
• Act as a functional and technical reference across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession Planning and Time.
• Configure and optimise workflows, business rules, role-based permissions, reporting and analytics.
• Design and oversee integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP or third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
• Contribute to solution architecture decisions and mentor junior consultants.

Required profile

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support, ideally in complex or multi-country environments.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements and industry best practices.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Must hold a valid work permit or be a national of an EU/Schengen country to work in Portugal.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors configuration, security concepts and reporting tools.
• Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors certification, Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience, exposure to cloud HR platforms, APIs and middleware, and experience mentoring teams or acting as solution lead.

The role involves occasional travel for key project deliveries and client meetings.
