Senior SAP BRIM Consultant – SAP CRM Specialist

About the role

As a Senior SAP BRIM Consultant you will help clients optimise their operations by analysing requirements, implementing SAP CRM solutions and delivering training and support for seamless adoption. Working within a Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on SAP Customer Relationship Management applications to boost customer satisfaction and drive strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and design SAP CRM software solutions.
• Implement and configure SAP BRIM, SAP CRM and SAP Cloud for Customer modules.
• Provide training, documentation and post‑go‑live support to ensure smooth integration.
• Optimise customer‑relationship processes to improve client satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, anticipating needs and delivering high‑quality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address complex situations and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in SAP CRM or related SAP solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business processes into technical designs.
