Senior Recruiter

About the role

Emma – The Sleep Company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead the full hiring cycle for its fast‑growing, international D2C business. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract top talent that aligns with Emma’s high standards for quality, speed, and candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruiting process from intake to contract signature.
• Design and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, talent mapping, community building, referral networks, and unconventional outreach.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide data‑driven recommendations, and challenge assumptions.
• Manage multiple pipelines simultaneously, tracking conversion rates, time‑to‑hire, offer acceptance, and other KPIs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and candidate experience.
• Champion Emma’s employer brand in the talent market.
• Provide market intelligence, talent availability data, and compensation benchmarks proactively.
• Maintain clean data in Lever Hire, generate reports, and ensure scalable processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑growth startup or scale‑up.
• Proven expertise across sourcing, screening, structured interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Track record of innovative sourcing that attracts passive talent.
• Strong data literacy and ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
