About the role
The Senior QA Specialist ensures the quality and compliance of manufacturing processes in Juncos, PR. This role approves validation protocols, leads incident triage and investigations, and represents Quality on new product introductions.
Key responsibilities
- Approve process validation protocols and reports for manufacturing processes.
- Represent Quality on incident triage teams and on New Product Introduction (NPI) teams.
- Lead investigations and own site quality program procedures.
- Approve environmental characterization reports, sanitary utility system releases, and planned incidents.
- Serve as designee for the QA manager on the local CCRB.
Required profile
- Doctorate with 2 years of directly related experience, or Masters with 4 years, or Bachelors with 6 years, etc.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, QA, validation and process development.
Required skills
- Project management.
- Advanced data trending and evaluation.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet, database, word‑processing and presentation applications.
