Senior QA Automation Engineer (Playwright/Cypress)

About the role

Conclusion Lifecycle is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join its Nearshore team. You will work remotely with international clients across the Netherlands, Germany and other European markets, acting as a trusted quality partner throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks primarily using Playwright or Cypress.
• Enhance existing automation architecture and scale regression suites for continuous delivery.
• Identify risks, gaps and edge cases beyond acceptance criteria and drive product‑quality improvements.
• Support release activities, including production validation and critical deployment windows.
• Influence testing standards and best practices across multiple teams and products.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance with a strong hands‑on automation background.
• Expertise in at least one of the following tools: Playwright or Cypress.
• Comfortable working with modern automation frameworks and integrating them into existing architectures.
• Quality‑driven mindset, proactive risk identification and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with distributed, international teams.
• Fluent English.
