Senior QA Analyst (French Speaker) – Hybrid in Porto

About the role

Natixis in Portugal is looking for a Senior QA Analyst who is fluent in French to join its BPCE Solutions Informatiques (BPCE‑SI) team. The role is based in Porto and follows a hybrid work model, combining on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Define test strategies and create detailed test plans.
• Estimate testing effort, identify risks and design manual test cases.
• Execute tests, analyse results and report defects.
• Maintain test documentation and provide status reports on testing and issues.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and resources.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA Analyst.
• Strong communication, analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, autonomous and organized.
• Ability to adapt, react quickly and work flexibly in an agile environment.
• Fluent French (minimum B2 level) and English CV required.

Required skills

• Experience with JIRA‑Xray and/or Octane for test management.
• SQL knowledge for data validation.
