Senior Project Manager – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for global clients. You will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensure project quality, and drive successful delivery of technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project outcomes while coaching team members.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
• Foster a collaborative environment to retain talent and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze utilization, capacity, and profitability to meet financial targets.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Strong background in the IT industry with solid knowledge of project management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
