Senior Project Manager – Gas Water Heater Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead gas water heater projects in line with our EMEA strategy. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams from concept through market launch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects of final products to be sold to end‑customers.
• Coordinate the work of a project team in close collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Quality departments.
• Ensure developed solutions meet Bosch Home Comfort's stringent quality standards and integrate with the existing portfolio.
• Take full ownership of the project lifecycle – from initial concept and development to production ramp‑up and market launch.
• Drive critical project decisions while ensuring strict adherence to timelines, target costs, and technical specifications.
• Communicate project progress and key milestones effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Required profile

• University degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical/management field.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in new‑development projects.
• 3–5 years of proven experience managing complex projects.
• Strong experience with Time‑to‑Market processes and product development life cycles.
• Deep understanding of project scheduling, target costing, and technical product validation.
• Skills in Project Management methodologies, including stakeholder and risk management.
• Good knowledge of supplier management, production procedures and Make & Buy strategies.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
