Senior Product Quality Manager – Automotive Private Brands

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Quality Manager to lead the quality assurance of our Private Brands portfolio. You will ensure that all products meet EU regulatory requirements, internal standards and customer expectations while driving continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare product requirements for suppliers based on technical tasks, market benchmarks, legal requirements, markings and certifications.
• Coordinate technical compliance activities such as PPAP, drawing releases and product change agreements.
• Respond to requirement violations, coordinate cross‑functional decisions and prepare internal action plans.
• Monitor EU legislation and other regional regulations, communicating updates to relevant departments.
• Negotiate laboratory testing, define test methodologies, create testing plans and follow up on results.
• Develop criteria for incoming inspection based on technical specifications, legal mandates and market claims.
• Handle third‑party requests from governments or customers regarding product compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards such as ISO/TS 16949 and IATF 16949.
• Experience with problem‑solving tools (8D, 5 whys, Ishikawa diagrams).
• Understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, especially components.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration.
