Senior Product Management Lead

About the role

Work & Co, part of Accenture Song, is seeking a Senior Product Management Lead to drive end‑to‑end product development for high‑profile clients. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and cross‑functional teams, guiding concepts from ideation through launch and post‑launch optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to capture business objectives, user behaviours and product vision.
• Develop product concepts, roadmaps, test plans and functional specifications.
• Define and own the product brief, shaping the solution collaboratively with designers, technologists and stakeholders.
• Lead multi‑stream projects using agile practices, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Monitor project health, manage risks and drive continuous improvement after launch.
