Senior Product Engineer

About the role

Leadtech Group is looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join its AI‑LAB team within the MAU brand. You will help build a multiplatform, AI‑powered document system that serves hundreds of thousands of users each month, working in a remote‑first, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the core Apollo multiplatform document system (React front‑end, Node.js/Express back‑end, PostgreSQL).
• Own features end‑to‑end, from concept through production, and continuously measure impact using metrics and user feedback.
• Create and orchestrate agentic AI workflows with frameworks such as LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, and MCP protocols, integrating LLMs via prompt chains, tool calling, and function execution.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and leadership to shape the product roadmap and influence what gets built.
• Build and extend automation pipelines, connecting AI agents with external APIs, webhooks, and GCP cloud services.

Required profile

• Fluent in Python and able to leverage a wide range of libraries quickly.
• 2‑5 years of full‑stack experience in a high‑output team, balancing speed and quality.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and React (Hooks, Context API, Vite, Shadcn UI) on the front‑end.
• Strong backend skills with Node.js, Express, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL.
• Passionate about AI, familiar with agentic orchestration patterns, MCP, and building trustworthy AI guardrails.
