Senior Polyglot Engineer (JavaScript/Python/Go)

About the role

YLD is looking for a Senior Polyglot Engineer to join a client team building innovative digital products. You will work remotely within a fast‑paced engineering environment, delivering high‑quality features and mentoring fellow engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship new product features using JavaScript/TypeScript, Python and/or Go.
• Maintain a continuous delivery pipeline and support a full CI/CD model.
• Collaborate closely with teammates on engineering initiatives and best‑practice adoption.
• Mentor and help grow the engineering team’s skills and career progression.
• Architect, build and operate highly available, zero‑downtime services.
• Own production monitoring and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Promote good engineering practices across the department.
• Present work in regular show‑and‑tell sessions.
