Senior Performance & Growth Manager – Dutch Market

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Performance & Growth Manager to lead our online marketing strategy for the Dutch market. You will own the full marketing budget and channel mix, driving revenue growth, ROI and contribution margin across paid social, paid search, CRM, affiliates and influencer initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and support a lean performance team, setting priorities and ensuring execution.
• Own and optimise key paid channels (social, search) and CRM programmes with a focus on revenue and ROI.
• Plan, launch and optimise full‑funnel campaigns, continuously analysing performance data.
• Allocate marketing spend based on data‑driven insights to maximise returns.
• Collaborate with Country Management, Business Development and Global Marketing as a strategic partner.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing performance marketing budgets and teams in an e‑commerce environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
